Print Screen and Screen Captures
The keyboard-driven “print screen” function is set by the OS on contemporary systems, and offers multiple ways to capture the screen. There are also applications that will perform a screen capture, allow for a level of editing and annotation, and subsequent output to multiple targets (clipboard, file, email, etc.). Current OSes include at least a basic program like this.
